Details & Location

Consented January 2008, operational early 2012

Stephenson Halliday worked closely with GreenPower during design, landscape and visual assessment of the Griffin project from 2003 until it was consented in 2008. In further support of the proposal, Ken Halliday appeared as the expert landscape witness at the Public Inquiry in September 2006. The scope of work for this site involved comprehensive landscape and visual assessment including advice on layout of the turbines, design of forestry operations to minimise potential landscape and visual effects and consideration of anticipated cumulative effects and extensive detailed residential amenity work.

We worked with GreenPower on several other sites within Scotland but this was the largest project for this client.
